Lovely ambience, semi-outdoor lounge area, complimentary coffee bar
Zero water in the morning makes for a frustrating start!!! A simple heads up from management about any municipality issues would have been appreciated. I expected better communication!!!

Exceptional stay! The breakfast was delightful (especially the avocado and tasty sausages! ), and the outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxation. The hotel felt cozy and welcoming, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood on a hill with beautiful sunset views.
The bathroom could use some improvements, and our room was a bit noisy during the night.

whew, where to begin? the shower barely drained, making the experience almost unbearable. and let’s not forget about the totally rude morning staff, i mean honestly, do they even want us here? if only i had received a complimentary gesture for my troubles, i almost wanted to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on Sept 05comfortable roomdecent breakfastexternal noiselimited diningeconomic disparity
The stay offered a beautiful standard double room, although external noise from a nearby air-conditioning unit disrupted sleep. Breakfast choices were decent, but the property only provided this meal, leaving guests to seek other dining options off-site, which weren't conveniently accessible. Experiencing a noticeable atmosphere that seemed to reflect local economic disparities added to a complex feeling about the stay.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! The location made it easy to explore Zoo Park and Daan Viljoen Game Reserve. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made our stay memorable. We enjoyed the manicured gardens and well-kept pools, and the packed breakfast request was perfectly handled. It really felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again with my crew.
The only downside was that parking wasn't ideal. It felt a bit secure but could've been better organized. I recommend checking this out first when facing issues.
